Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day to day operations of the men's and women's intercollegiate golf programs including providing skill instruction, organization of practice and competition, team selections, and handling the administrative duties necessary for the operations of the program. Individual will also be expected to coordinate and oversee the recruitment of prospective student-athletes for the sport.
Qualifications
Possess a strong knowledge of golf and at least two seasons of coaching experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent leadership, management, and problem solving skills
Demonstrated level of high ethical conduct including understanding and adherence to institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and polices
Knowledge and commitment to the role of intercollegiate athletics in an academically-oriented Division III liberal arts college
